Subject: New building between Vue and the Lake
Content: Does anyone know the latest on Highwood properties proposed building between the vue and the lake. I can only find news stories that say the city cousil approved it on sept 15 but said it could only be 20-25 stories tall and that the vue filed suit on Oct 15 to try and block it. Most the stories say the city will dismiss the suit saying it is wasting court resources. The hearing was scheduled for Nov 24 but I can't find anything on it. So does anyone know what the deal is?
